Terms of Use
Last updated 30 September 2026
AI Provider Directory is run by Numlock Studio in New Zealand. By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].
What the directory is
A directory of businesses that help organisations adopt AI. Listings are built from each business's own website and checked (by a person, or automatically when a company lists itself from its own web domain), and each shows where its details came from. A business that claims its listing can add details of its own, which are marked as supplied by the business. We don't guarantee that a listing is complete, current or accurate, and a listing isn't an endorsement. Check any provider yourself before you engage them.
Accounts
You sign in with a single-use link sent to your email; there is no password. Keep access to that email secure. An account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Claiming and managing a listing
- You may claim a listing only if you are authorised to act for that business.
- Information you supply must be accurate and must not be misleading. Businesses are responsible for their own claims under the Fair Trading Act 1986.
- You give us permission to publish, format and display what you supply, and to show that it was supplied by the business.
- We may review, edit, hold back or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading or unsuitable.
- Correcting or removing a listing is always free. Paying for enhancements never changes a listing's position in results.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry we pass it to the business. We aren't a party to any arrangement between you and a provider. Don't use enquiries to send spam or unsolicited offers.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of the directory or from dealings with any listed provider. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't be excluded. If you use the directory for the purposes of a business, you agree that consumer guarantees don't apply, to the extent permitted by section 43 of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand, where we are based.
