Terms of Sale

These terms cover paid listing enhancements sold by Numlock Studio. They apply together with the Terms of Use.

What you're buying

Enhancements to a listing you have claimed: for example a logo, extra case studies, a pricing note, a booking link and team details, for the period shown at checkout. Enhanced content is labelled "Supplied by the business". Paying never changes a listing's position in results, and correcting or removing a listing is always free.

Prices and payment

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and are shown at checkout, including whether GST applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel any time from your account's billing page. Your enhancements stay until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund it in full.
• If we remove enhanced content because it breaks these terms, we don't refund the rest of the period. If we stop offering enhancements, we'll refund the unused part.

Your content

You're responsible for what you supply, including having the right to use any logo or images. We may review, edit or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or unsuitable.

Business purchases

Enhancements are sold to businesses. To the extent permitted by section 43 of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, that Act does not apply. Nothing here limits rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't be excluded.
